Do all of your orders really ship for free?
Yes, the response to our free shipping promotions were so well received we decided to make it permanent for orders of $40 or more.

No, we do not. Our pricing is offered to be very competitive with the other major fragrance suppliers.
How soon after I place my order will it ship?
We do everything possible to see that most orders ship as quickly as possible - the same day if we can. And usually within 24 hours.
How will my order be shipped?
US Postal Priority service and UPS Ground are our standard method of shipping. We do ship 1st Class Mail on smaller orders of 8 ounces of fragrance oil or less. Most of our orders are delivered within 1-3 business days.
Return Policy
To ensure the quality of our products, we are unable to accept returns on fragrance oils.
Sample sizes are available on all of our fragrances. We recommend testing sample sizes you are unfamiliar with before purchasing larger sizes.
